Washington, D.C. (AP) - Higher gas prices won't be keeping many D.C. area residents home this Thanksgiving. Triple-A Mid-Atlantic is out with its annual Turkey Day travel predictions, and they expect 683,000 locals to be traveling at least 50 miles. That's up 1 percent from last year.
